RCMP are advising the public to be on the lookout for approximately $7,000 worth of stolen jewelry taken from a horse show over the weekend.
According to police, 30 pieces of handmade jewelry with values between $175 and $275 were stolen from an exhibitor booth at the Mane Event expo at Westerner Park in Red Deer between Friday evening and Saturday morning.
Ten of the pieces are brown in colour, while 20 are turquoise. The pieces are made of rare stones and beads.
