Police confirmed Thursday they received a call around 3 a.m. Sunday morning that a 13-year-old boy had been assaulted by three or four males.
The investigation is ongoing and several witnesses have been interviewed.

Police also say they interviewed several individuals who were identified through social media posts and have cleared those suspects.
The RCMP is encouraging anyone who believes they have information about this incident to please call the non-emergency line at 403-343-5575. And of course, you can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS to remain anonymous.
