Ponoka RCMP and the K Division Emergency Response Team conducted a search for a wanted man, but after not finding him they are asking for the public’s help.
On June 2, police began an investigation into an alleged forcible confinement and sexual assault incident.
A suspect was identified and the ERT was called in to assist a search of the man’s property conducted on June 3.
The suspect was not located during the search, which wrapped up early Sunday morning.
