Ponoka RCMP have arrested and charged a pair of men who allegedly broke into an IGA store.
On Boxing Day, police received reports of an alarm at the IGA on 50 Street. While on route, police located one of the suspects who was arrested after a short foot pursuit. The second suspect was followed to a nearby residence and later arrested.
Both individuals have been released on bail with their next court appearance set for Jan. 7 in Ponoka.
