Ponoka RCMP have arrested a man who was wanted on several warrants.

Caleb Joseph Shimwell, who was wanted on 21 charges in Ponoka, one arrest warrant out of Wetaskiwin and three warrants out of Lacombe, was arrested Tuesday.

Shimwell was arrested June 20 following an investigation conducted by Wetaskiwin and Ponoka RCMP on a series of break-ins. He failed to attend a court appearance.
