Ponoka RCMP recover stolen truck, seize methamphetamine

Four people have been charged following the recovery of a stolen truck and seizure of methamphetamine in Ponoka.

Four people have been charged following the recovery of a stolen truck and seizure of methamphetamine in Ponoka.

On Nov. 1, a Ponoka RCMP officer located a stolen Dodge truck while conducting patrols downtown.

Arrests were made and a search warrant was granted for the residence where the vehicle was located.

Sarah Louise Alderson, 23, of Drumheller, is charged with two counts of possession of property obtained by crime and one count of failing to comply with conditions of an undertaking.

At the time of her arrest, Alderson was the subject of five arrest warrants out of Drumheller.

Harold Robert Potts, 62, is charged with one count of possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking.

Alicia Janine Pastuck, 50, is charged with two counts of possession of property obtained by crime.

Jeffrey Lee Morse, 38, is charged with two counts of possession of property obtained by crime and two counts of failing to comply with conditions of an undertaking.

He was wanted on a warrant at the time of his arrest.
