Good looking dogs of all breeds and ages — from puppies to “veterans” — can be seen in the Spring Dog Show this weekend at Westerner Park.
All-breed judging, obedience trials, rallies and junior handling events will be happening Friday to Sunday in the Agricentre.
“Come see the many dog breeds … watch the show and learn more about all sorts of dog sports,” say organizers with the Red Deer and District Kennel Club.
Some of the events are sponsored by the Wild Rose English Springer Spaniel Association of Alberta, the Chow Chow Club of Canada, the Rocky Mountain Whippet Association and the Mid-West Branch Irish Wolfhound Club of Canada.
