Red Deer drivers are warned 49 Street will be closed for most of Wednesday and Thursday as materials are delivered for the new Justice Centre.
There will be a road closure between 49 Avenue and 48 Avenue, as construction supplies are delivered to the site.
Between 5 a.m. on Wednesday, July 12 and 4 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, that section of 49 Street will be blocked to traffic. Motorists can use 51 Street as a detour.
Drivers are reminded to slow down when in construction areas and pedestrians are to cross only at designated crosswalks.
