As part of North American Occupational Safety and Health (NAOSH) Week, May 1 to 7, a number of local institutions and companies have sent their employees to safety oriented courses like this proper fire extinguisher safety course held on the grounds of Red Deer College, Friday. All the students, in white hats, were exposed to different kinds of fires under the guidance of HSE Integrated National Training Manager David Flewwelling, left, and taught how to properly approach and extinguish them.
