RCMP find missing teen, still looking for one more

The Red Deer RCMP have located Kayla MacPhaden, 14, in good health.

MacPhaden was reported missing on March 24 and was last seen on March 20 at the downtown transit terminal in Red Deer.

However, another teen girl is still missing in Ponoka. Kailyn Verquin, 15, was last seen on March 26 and believed to be in the Red Deer area. Verquin is described as Caucasian, 1.68 metres tall and weighting about 50 kg. She has recently dyed purple hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing black pants, a blue knitted sweater and a black jacket.

Anyone with more information on Verquin’s whereabouts is asked to call Ponoka RCMP at 403-783-4471.
