RCMP find one man dead and two injured after responding to a disturbance on Samson town site.

RCMP are investigating a suspicious death at Maskwacis early Monday.

About 1:50 p.m. Maskwacis RCMP responded to a disturbance and reports of injuries at a home within the Samson town site.

“Police arrived on scene and located two injured men who stated they had been assaulted in the same house where police found another man, who had succumbed to his injuries,” said RCMP.

All three men are believed to be victims of a home invasion.

An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday in Edmonton to determine the manner and cause of death.
