RCMP lay criminal harassment charges against central Alberta man

A Drumheller man was charged after videotaping and photographing employees and customers at a local business in early August.

RCMP said the man was allegedly protesting the approval of a permit issued by the Town of Drumheller that impacts a local park.

The 64-year-old, was charged with criminal harassment and mischief under $5,000.

He was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in Drumheller Provincial Court on Oct. 15.

No further details will be provided by police since the matter is now before the courts.
