Innisfail RCMP are seeking a man who robbed the Scotiabank in Innisfail on Friday morning.
Shortly after 11 a.m., a Caucasian male with short dark hair, wearing a Budweiser baseball cap and glasses, entered the bank at 50th Avenue and 50th Street. He presented a note to the bank teller demanding cash.
After obtaining an undisclosed amount of money, he fled on foot in a southerly direction.
The man is described as being about five-foot-eight inches tall and 200 pounds. He was clean shaven and wearing a white shirt with a black nylon jacket and blue jeans.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed the robbery, or who has any information about it, to call CrimeStoppers or the Innisfail detachment at 403-227-3342.
