RCMP seek suspect in Maskwacis shooting

Public warn not to approach Kashton Bull if spotted

RCMP are searching for a 19-year-old suspect in a shooting in Maskwacis.

RCMP said Kashton Bull has been charged with attempted murder in connection with the shooting of a 21-year-old man at a Nov. 19 outside round dance on the Louis Bull First Nation. The injured man has since been released from hospital.

Police said Bull was charged after multiple witnesses were interviewed and video surveillance recordings were reviewed by officers.

Bull is believed to be in Edmonton, but has ties to the Maskwacis and Sucker Creek First Nations. Members of the public should call police and not approach Bull if he is seen.

Bull is described as five foot 1o to six feet tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He is Aboriginal with black hair and brown eyes and has a tattoo over his right eye that says “Doin Dirt.”

If you have information about the whereabouts of Bull, call Maskwacis RCMP at 780-585-3767.
