RCMP are asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects in an assault outside the Gent’s Club in downtown Red Deer earlier this month.

Police said on April 9 about 2:45 a.m. a man was assaulted outside the club. He was taken to hospital and treated and released with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

So far, police say they do not have a lot to go on but are releasing descriptions of the two suspects in hopes someone saw something helpful.

One of the suspects is described as Caucasian, about six-feet tall (1.83 m), 18 to 22 years old with short hair. He was wearing a grey jacket over a blue shirt.

The second suspect was also male and was wearing a brown hoodie.

After the incident, the two men were seen heading eastbound. If you believe you know the identity of the suspects, or have any information about this incident, please call the Red Deer RCMP at 403-343-5575. To remain anonymous, contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS), on line at www.p3tips.com or by using the “P3 Tips” app available through the Apple App or Google Play store.
