Rebels release updated schedule after games were postponed because of COVID-19

Wednesday game against Prince Albert Raiders in Red Deer now going on Friday

Red Deer Rebels have released their revised schedule following the postponement of a number of games because of COVID-19.

Wednesday’s home game against the Prince Albert Raiders has been rescheduled for Jan. 17 at 7 p.m. at the Peavey Mart Centrium.

The home games that were to have taken place last Saturday and Sunday have also been rescheduled. The Edmonton Oil Kings will now play in Red Deer on Tuesday, Feb. 22 at 7 p.m. and the Lethbridge Hurricanes game will now be moved to the Centrium on Monday, March 28 at 7 p.m.

Tickets for the games are available through Tickets Alberta. Any tickets previously sold for these games will be honoured for their newly scheduled dates.

The home game slated for this Friday against the Brandon Wheat Kings remains as scheduled.

The Rebels have now been cleared to resume all team activities, in accordance with WHL COVID-19 protocols.
