Local sports groups are invited to participate in Xplore Sport Day.
Red Deer’s annual celebration of sport, is happening Saturday, May 7 along with the annual Red Deer PCN Fun Run.
The City of Red Deer is seeking applications from interested groups.
Xplore Sport Day offers Red Deerians of all ages opportunities to try out a variety of sport and recreation activities. The event features information sessions, demonstrations and interactive activities.
Guests are encouraged to check out the displays, participate in demos and learn about new sports.
Xplore Sport Day Saturday will run from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m on May 7 at Capstone’s – Canada 150 Square.
