A Red Deer County man was arrested for drug possession by Innisfail RCMP.
RCMP said at about 5:13 p.m. on April 19, a tip was received about a suspicious person who appeared to be looking in parked vehicles.
When police located the man, he fled on foot, but was quickly apprehended.
Police said the man was found with more than 12 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Bryce James Hamilton, 24, was charged with drug possession and resisting arrest.
Hamilton was released from custody to appear in Red Deer provincial court on Aug. 19.
