Red Deer man charged for alleged indecent act in grocery store parking lot

A Red Deer man is being charged for allegedly performing indecent acts in a grocery store parking lot on May 15.

Police say a man approached a woman and her young child and engaged in a conversation with the woman – he then allegedly performed “indecent acts” inside and outside his vehicle.

Red Deer RCMP say officers responded and arrested the man while he was committing the offence.

Daniel Leonard, 41, is charged with committing an indecent act and breach of probation.

He will be appear in Red Deer provincial court June 12.
