A Red Deer man facing child porn charges will go to trial after he pleaded not guilty.
Justin Andrew Peck, 21, pleaded not guilty to charges of possession of child porn and luring a child with intent of making child porn.
The alleged victim, who can’t be named because of a publication ban, was 13 years old at the time of the alleged incidents.
It is alleged that Peck coerced a young person into sending him images through Facebook.
He will appear in Red Deer Court of Queen’s Bench on July 11 for arraignments, where a trial date could be set.
