Brad Page is set for life after winning $1.5 million on a scratch-and-win lottery ticket.
Page bought his SUPER SET FOR LIFE ticket at Scotty’s Esso at 5 Reichley Street in Red Deer on Jan. 26.
When the Red Deer resident got home and scratched his ticket he couldn’t believe his eyes.
“There was a dead silence,” Page recalled when recently claiming his prize.
SUPER SET FOR LIFE’s top prize is a choice between $100,000 a year for 20 years or a lump
sum payment of $1.5 million. Page opted for the lump sum payment, making him Alberta’s
newest millionaire.
The happy winner said he’s looking forward to living debt-free.
“We’re going to pay off our mortgage,” he said.“It feels really good. It’s a blessing.”
