Red Deer Rally for Education scheduled for Friday

CUPE Alberta will host a Rally for Education in Red Deer later this week.

Central Albertans are being invited to join the rally, which will take place outside of Minister of Education Adriana LaGrange’s office at 5913 50 Ave., on Friday at 2 p.m.

“Join us to call for education funding and fair treatment of support staff,” a CUPE Alberta Twitter post states.

CUPE represents tens of thousands of frontline workers across Alberta, including Educational Assistants.
