Two men and one woman were arrested after Red Deer RCMP executed a search warrant this past week.
In late July, Red Deer RCMP’s crime reduction team began an investigation into a residence in Oriole Park after receiving numerous reports of suspicious people and activity at the property.
This past Friday, police executed a search warrant at 15 Odell Green, resulting in the seizure of stripped copper wire, several power tools, generators, drugs and a suspected bicycle chop shop. Several watches and counterfeit currency were also seized.
Three people were arrested in relation to the search warrant.
A 57-year-old man and 43-year-old man are charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking property obtained by crime, breaking and entering at a rural property, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, mischief under $5,000 and possession of a controlled substance.
A 42-year-old woman was also arrested – charges are pending.
