Red Deer RCMP looking for missing man

Red Deer RCMP are seeking a missing 52-year-old man.

Dale Walter Birney, who was last in contact with his family in March, 2019, was reported missing to police this past Tuesday.

He is known to frequent the city’s downtown area.

Police say there is no information to suggest “foul play,” but his family and police are concerned for his wellbeing.

Birney is described as six-foot-two and 185 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Red Deer RCMP at 403-343-5575.
