UPDATE: Red Deer RCMP find suspicious vehicle

The Red Deer RCMP were able to locate a vehicle, after believing a woman may have been in danger.

On Thursday at 2:33 p.m. an argument between a man and woman outside a vehicle on 55 Street and Thomlinson Avenue was reported to police. It’s believed the two left the location in the vehicle together, but police say the woman may not have left willingly.

A similar incident was reported at 2:41 p.m. Witnesses told police the man was restraining the woman and pushed her into the vehicle.

Police located the vehicle and two people just before 7 p.m.

The investigation is ongoing.
