Red Deer RCMP continue tackling nuisance properties in the city.
Police searched a property in Normandeau on March 25 after receiving numerous complaints of suspicious criminal activity.
Jonathan Stalwick, 34, of Red Deer, faces four charges, including possession for the purposes of trafficking, possession of identity documents and breach of release conditions.
Stalwick was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Red Deer Provincial Court on April 1.
