The Red Deer RCMP are seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing man with special needs.
At about 8:15 p.m., Bobby Bastemeyer, 49, was with caregivers in a Tim Horton's on 22 Street in Red Deer when he went missing.
Bastemeyer has escaped his caregivers many times in the past.
He is described as:
• a caucasian
• 5'9" tall
• short brown hair
• blue eyes
• about 185 pounds
• clean shaven
• last seen wearing blue jeans, a tan shirt and slippers
Anyone who spots Bastemeyer or know of his whereabouts are asked to call Red Deer City RCMP at 403-343-5575.
