Red Deer RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance to locate a missing woman.

Stacey Francis, 35, was last seen on Dec. 27 in Red Deer. Red Deer RCMP wish to locate Stacey to confirm her well-being. Francis is described as five-foot-six, 140 pounds, with brown eyes and long brown hair.
