Later this week, Shaw customers in Red Deer might experience an overnight service interruption.
In an announcement on its website, the internet, phone and cable service provider said that starting on Aug. 17 at 10:30 p.m., customers may experience an interruption of the affected Shaw services.
Those services include Internet, Business Internet, Phone, Business Phone, Digital TV, VOD, Gateway, Ignite TV, WiFi Access Points.
The interruption is expected to last seven and a half hours.
“Services will be restored automatically when the maintenance is complete,” Shaw said in a notice on its website.
