Two people are facing drug-related charges after RCMP searched a home in Didsbury.
On Tuesday, Didsbury RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence in the town. The search led to two arrests and the seizure of what’s suspected to be 1.3 grams of Heroin, six grams of methamphetamine, fentanyl, 27 grams of cocaine, over one litre of Gamma hydroxybutyrate (GHB) and 42 tabs of buprenorphine.
Police also seized counterfeit bank notes, and multiple social insurance number and identification cards from various victims.
Sara Joy Holler, 30, of Red Deer, and Morgan Stephen Winter, 47, of Didsbury, are both charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking. Additionally, Holler is charged with two counts of possession of a prohibited weapon and failing to comply with a release order.
Both are scheduled to appear in Okotoks Provincial Court Feb. 26.
