KANANASKIS — Searchers are expected to continue looking for a missing kayaker in southwestern Alberta.
The man was last seen Sunday night at Upper Kananaskis Lakes.
Witnesses say he was standing on his boat and appeared to be in distress before he fell in the water.
One person swam out to try to help the kayaker but became stranded on a small island.
That person was later rescued by a helicopter.
Officials say they have yet to find the kayaker but did pull an unzipped life jacket from the water. (CHQR)
