Rimbey police are not laying indecency charges

Rimbey police further investigated a complaint of a man committing an indecent act in the street and found charges were not appropriate.

Rimbey RCMP had previously released a detailed description of a male suspect who had allegedly exposed himself while walking along the town’s main street.

Circumstances surrounding the incident made laying charges inappropriate, a police spokesman said.
