Road closure on Springbett Drive in Red Deer this weekend

Residents in Mountview should be aware of a sanitary sewer maintenance project that will shut down a section of Springbett Drive this weekend.

Crews contracted by the City of Red Deer will be conducting the work from 8 a.m. on Saturday to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday. Springbett Drive between 37 and 39 St. will be closed to traffic during that time.

Drivers should use 44 Ave. or 37 St. as a detour and are reminded to obey all signs and slow down when approaching or driving in construction areas.

Information about construction projects around Red Deer can be found on the City’s website www.reddeer.ca/roadclosures.
