Red Deer drivers are advised of road closures in the vicinity of the Red Deer Regional Hospital next week as crews complete catch basin replacements in the area.
On June 22, 52nd Avenue south of 43rd Street will close for two days to complete underground work. Local detours will be in place directing motorists to access the hospital from Gaetz Avenue.
The intersection of 39th Street and 52nd Avenue will be closed from June 23 to 25, and motorists will be detoured through the hospital roadway system.
Pedestrians and drivers are reminded to slow down in construction areas and obey all signs. All road construction is weather dependent and schedules may be subject to change.
