Rocky Mountain House RCMP are looking for a suspect who brandished a gun while robbing a gas outlet on Sunday.

Police say a suspect entered Pudgee’s Food and Gas GTI at about 8:30 p.m. holding a handgun and demanded the clerk hand over the money in the till.

When the suspect reached over to take the money, the clerk grabbed the suspect by the arm and pulled off the suspect’s glove.

The suspect ran from the store in an unknown direction. The clerk was not injured.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-200-8477 (TIPS) or the Rocky Mountain House RCMP Detachment at 403-845-2882. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for this or any other crime.
