All schools and buses in the Wolf Creek School Division were cancelled Tuesday because of poor road conditions.
The advisory was posted on the school board’s Facebook page at about 9 p.m. Monday night.
RCMP across Central Alberta issued do not travel advisories on Monday, including Highway 11 between Rocky Mountain House and Sylvan Lake, as well as Consort, Kneehill, Trochu and Red Deer Counties. Innisfail RCMP also advised of poor conditions from Ponoka South to Olds.
There were also several collisions reported by RCMP near Lebuc on the QEII Tuesday morning.
