With summer break fast approaching, school is out forever for more than 1,000 Red Deer area students.

Red Deer’s Catholic high school, Ecole Secondaire Notre Dame High School, is set to graduate 425 students during its ceremony on June 28.

Meanwhile, the three Red Deer-based public high schools have already had their graduation celebrations.

River Glen School graduated 27 students on May 17, Lindsay Thurber Comprehensive High School graduated 379 on May 31 and Hunting Hills graduated more than 320 students on May 24.
