A second suspect in an Olds-area shooting that left a man wounded has been arrested in Calgary.

Olds RCMP said the 27-year-old man was arrested by Calgary police last Monday. Police are still looking for a third suspect in the March 20 shooting near Township Road 320 and Range Road 290 in Mountain View County.

RCMP said they were called at about 2 p.m. to a shooting on a rural property that left a 47-year-old Olds man wounded.

He was airlifted by STARS air ambulance to hospital. The victim was listed shortly after as stable with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police allege that three suspects, a woman and two men, went to a rural property to settle a dispute over money and belongings. The victim and two other residents were on the property at the time.

RCMP say the discussion got heated and one of the men shot the victim with a handgun.

As the suspects fled to a SUV, the shooter allegedly took additional shots at another man on the property, but did not hit him.

Jessica Nicole McLintock, of Calgary, was arrested in Trochu on March 23 and is facing charges. She was released from custody and is due in Didsbury provincial court on June 24.

The second suspect, Lyle Robert Vance, 27, has been charged with one count of unlawfully wounding and two counts each of pointing a firearm and firing a firearm with intent to injure.

He is also facing three other firearms-related charges and two counts of breaching probation.

His bail hearing has been scheduled for April 20 in Didsbury provincial court.

The third suspect has not been identified.
