The City of Red Deer says a section of 48 Avenue will be closed until 5 p.m. Sunday.
Drivers are being advised of the road closure, between 48 Street and 47 Street, as crews complete work on a transformer in the area.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and obey all signs. The work is dependant on weather and schedules may by subject to change.
