Police are investigating a series of house fires in the Samson town site, near Maskwacis.
Since mid-February, the Maskwacis RCMP have responded to seven residential house fires in the Samson town site. These houses were abandoned but the police believe the blazes were intentionally set.
Maskwacis RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance for information about these house fires.
If you are aware of any suspicious activity around these residences, or remember seeing people walking outside them in the Samson First Nation, please contact Maskwacis RCMP or Crime Stoppers. The public can also call 911.
