Several Blackfalds facilities to close Thursday due to planned power outage

Nearly 160 Fortis Alberta customers in Blackfalds will be without power on Thursday during a planned outage that covers a portion of the town.

The town said in a tweet that the planned outage will take place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will result in closures to the Civic Centre, Tayles Water Spray Park and FCSS offices.
