A 34-year-old man from the Rocky Mountain House area has died in a ski accident at Lake Louise Ski Resort.
Lake Louise RCMP were called to the incident just before 4 p.m. on Sunday. STARS was dispatched to the scene but did not land as the skier was pronounced deceased at the scene.
It is believed that he struck an object. He was found in a treed area under the Glacier Express Quad and received emergency treatment.
RCMP have not identified the man.
