Scott Griffith of Red Deer lands a jump at Canyon Ski Resort on Wednesday. Canyon is open each day through the holiday season except Christmas day when the hill will be closed. Cold weather over the past month has allowed the resort to make all the snow needed to fully cover all the runs. The ski resort has two T-bars and the triple chair operating and is hoping to open the double chair in the next few days which will be only the third time in the past ten years the double chair will be in operation said Canyon staff.
