As the snow melts, one can see that Red Deer’s streets are covered in dust and dirt after a season of spreading sand to keep motorists from sliding too much on slippery roads. For the next several weeks, crews will be cleaning up as this worker outside the David Thompson Health Region building on Michener Hill was doing on Tuesday afternoon.
