Stettler RCMP charge man for theft of motor vehicle, assault with a weapon

Stettler RCMP have arrested a 30-year-old man for allegedly breaking into a residence.

Police were called to a property near Stettler around 7:30 a.m. on May 10, where a suspicious man was reported.

The man left a truck, which was later determined to be stolen, and proceeded on foot to another property, where he allegedly stole an ATV.

Police say he attempted to steal another truck at a third property, and fled into a residence before being arrested.

Kyle Grams, of Stettler, is facing multiple charges, including break and enter, assault with a weapon and theft of a motor vehicle.

At the time of his arrest, he was free on bail from a driving incident in Stettler on April 18.
