The Red Deer Advocate is pleased to introduce an all-new online Community Calendar system that allows people and organizations to quickly and easily share coming events with all of Central Alberta.
Using a powerful Trumba platform, the new calendar allows users to submit events without a password or login.
Once an event has been submitted, it is instantly forwarded to an Advocate editor for approval and then published live to RedDeerAdvocate.com.
There is no charge for using the calendar or viewing events.
“We hope that local non-profits, performing arts groups and other Central Alberta organizations will make use of this slick new calendar platform,” said Advocate online editor Leo Paré.
“The new system has been tested thoroughly. It works well and is very user-friendly.”
