Boat specialist Tyler Myers avoids the plume created by revving the 300 horsepower, 350 cubic inch engine to set its timing in an Outlaw Eagle Manufacturing steel-hulled jet boat at the Great Chief Adventure Park boat launch Friday. The company routinely uses the launch to test its boats since it’s the closest to its Burnt Lake Business Park manufacturing facility. Boating, swimming and other summer pastimes remain recreational options as Environment Canada calls for above seasonal temperatures of around 25C for the next week.
