A collision near Sundre Wednesday afternoon has claimed a second life.A 63-year-old Rocky Mountain House man who was airlifted to a Calgary hospital following a two-vehicle collision on Hwy 22, north of Sundre, has died.

A 63-year-old Rocky Mountain House man who was airlifted to a Calgary hospital following a two-vehicle collision on Hwy 22, north of Sundre, has died.

Sundre RCMP said the collision occurred about 1:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Few details were released on the collision. A female driver, a 75-year-old Sundre area woman, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the collision is still under investigation. The names of the deceased have not been released.
