Sundre RCMP are asking the public to be on the lookout for a utility terrain vehicle stolen late last month.

Police said sometime between Jan. 24 and Jan. 28, thieves went to Mountainaire Resort and Campground and stole a trailer and a utility terrain vehicle (UTV). The trailer was recovered by Calgary Police Service on Feb. 3, but the UTV is still missing.

The stolen UTV is a blue 2019 Polaris RZR XP 1000 EPS that had Alberta Plate PUP26 mounted on the back. “It is likely the plate has now been removed but its recovery is of interest to the investigation,” said RCMP.

Sundre RCMP are asking the public’s assistance for any information in relation to this incident. Please contact Sundre RCMP at 403-638-3655 or your local police. If you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or online at www.P3Tips.com.
