Sunnybrook Farm ready for annual Pioneer Days festival this weekend

Sunnybrook Farm Museum is ready to welcome central Albertans for its annual Pioneer Days Festival event over the weekend.

The festival will take place Aug. 14 and 15 and feature a tractor pull competition, a pancake breakfast, tractor parade, as well as an antique and collector car show.

It will also feature a live farm animal exhibition, blacksmithing, carpentry and field demonstrations, cowboy church service, homemade cookie walk, food concession, live musical entertainment, face painting, bouncy castle, barrel train rides, and children’s activities.

Admission is $5 per person or $15 per family. The event opens at 8 a.m. each day.

Sunnybrook Farm is located at 2879 Botterill Cres.
